- The Transition Phase: Jisc oversees the transfer between registrars. If your domain is locked with JISC, they will need to confirm the transfer with you directly. To verify that your contact details linked to your domain are accurate use JISC whois tool (https://community.jisc.ac.uk/janet-apps/whois).
