At this time, we usually have a significant number of emails regarding changes to councillors email address. Can we please ask that you email these changes to firstname.lastname@example.org as we are unable to make these changes over the phone for several reasons:
- We can't always verify who you are over the phone
- It is easier to confirm the spelling of names via email
- Any changes to your invoice can be confirmed in writing
We do have staff working extra hours after the election to help process the enquiries, but we apologise in advance if it takes slightly longer to get back to you than usual.
If you are swapping an email address, e.g. removing one councillor and adding another, there is no charge. The only exception to the rule is if you are on an old rate, you will be moving to the current cost of £18+VAT per email address per year.
If you wish to add a new email address, these are charged at £18+VAT per mailbox per year.
