As you are aware, after having an office in the centre of Exeter for over 7 years, all the staff was forced to move to home working during the pandemic. As this way of working was proven a success, we have decided to carry on operating in a remove way.

We were always a flexible working environment, however staying as a remote business has enabled us to accommodate candidates from further afield, hence we were able to widening our staffing pool. We especially valued this at a time when it was difficult to recruit the right candidates from the Exeter area.

Since the introduction of new ways of working, we introduced two new marvellous members of staff Magdalena Vonk (who is covering for Anji who is on maternity leave) and Marta Gemma who joined us as an Office Administrator.

During this time we carried on keeping our office and were able to pick up post from there on a regular basis, hence we did not change our postal address then.

However, with recent postal strikes and other postal issues we have made the decision to change the postal address. If you received an invoice from us recently, you may have noticed that our address has changed and is now showing ‘Liverpool’ as our correspondence address.

As some of you may be aware, Daniel was born in Liverpool. Over the last few years Daniel has been rediscovering his roots and enjoying seeing Liverpool Football Club live. He has watched some incredible matches and enjoyed his time in Liverpool so much so that he has made the decision to move there permanently.

As Daniel is settling in Liverpool and we were looking for ways to speed up how we process mail, we made the decision to change our postal address to an address in Liverpool.

We are sure it is a complete coincidence that Liverpool’s performance on the pitch has dropped significantly since Daniel’s move up there.
